Transaction process

After you have opened an account and received your Transaction Password, you can conduct any transaction.

Step1.Deposit

Deposit

(1)Deposit currency is accepted only by JPY. You can deposit through the following ways.

Bank transfer

  • Deposit to: Mitsui Sumitomo Banking Corporation Customer account or other deposit account.
    *If using another deposit account other than Mitsui Sumitomo Banking Corporation, please add the PayForex account number after the sender name (Example: Taro Yamada 8xxxxxxx) or notify us via the “Deposit notification” section in the inquiry form.
  • After the deposit, you will receive notification of the deposit via email or SMS within 24 hours (on a business day). Please confirm that the deposit amount is reflected in your myPay account balance.

Deposit at convenient stores

  • Deposit at convenient stores When “Arrange for deposit” is made through “Deposit” in myPay, “Customer No”. and “Confirmation No.” for settlement will be issued.
  • Please go to POS terminal at convenient stores such as Lawson for the processing, then pay at cashier.
    *The maximum amount of the cash card deposit including service fees is 300,000 JPY.
    *In case of deposit exceeding maximum amount, please divide the amount into several times. There is no limit on the number of deposits.
  • The deposit amount will be reflected in your myPay account balance instantly.

Pay-easy ATM

  • When “Arrange for deposit” is made through “Deposit” in myPay, “Customer No”. and “Confirmation No.” for settlement will be issued.
  • Please pay at Pay-easy ATM after you get necessary information above.
    *Cash deposit : The maximum amount of the cash deposit including service fees is 100,000 JPY.
    *Cash card deposit : The maximum amount of the cash card deposit including service fees is 1,000,000 JPY.
    *In case of deposit exceeding maximum amount, please divide the amount into several times. There is no limit on the number of deposits.
    *The maximum amount that can be used varies depending on the cash card or ATM used, or the payment method may be limited, please check in advance.
  • The deposit amount will be reflected in your myPay account balance instantly.

SMBC deposit card

  • You can use the deposit card issued by SMBC. Deposit can be made at SMBC, Seven Eleven, Lawson, or E-net ATM.
    *If you would like to have your card issued,please contact us through inquiry form at our website. Application documents will be sent to your registered address. Once the card is issued, this card can be reused without limitation.
  • After the remittance, you will receive an email or SMS of “Deposit Completion” within 24 hours (business day), and the deposit amount will be reflected in your myPay account balance as well.

Speed Deposit

  • Enter the amount on myPay for Speed Deposit.
  • Select financial institution for deposit, then proceed to its internet banking website. Prepare the internet banking password then follow the instructions to deposit.
    *The deposit amount is limited from 200 JPY to 3 million JPY (fee excluded) per transaction.
    *When reaches the deposit limit, please divide it and deposit separately.
  • The amount will be reflected on myPay account in real time and you will receive notification of the deposit via email or SMS.

(2)Please confirm your myPay account balance. After depositing funds, please make a money transfer instruction within three days.

Step2.Register a beneficiary bank account

Bank identification code for international transfers such as SWIFT or BIC

Account number / IBAN Especially remittance to Europe or Middle Eastern countries, IBAN code is required.

Register a beneficiary bank account

(2)Log in to myPay and go to the “Bank Account” page.

(3)Enter the beneficiary’s bank account information on the bank account registration screen and follow the instructions on the screen to register.

Step3.Exchange (if necessary)

(1) Log in to myPay account and go to the “Exchange” page. Select the currency to exchange from and the currency to exchange to, enter either the payment amount or amount to receive, then proceed to next page.

*If you have decided transfer amount, please enter the amount on remittance page. There is no need for exchange in advance.

(2)Confirm the displayed rate and enter the Transaction Password to exchange currency.

(3) When the currency exchange is completed, you will receive a notification of currency exchange completion via email or SMS..
Please confirm your myPay account balance and transaction history.

Step4.Remittance instruction

(1) Go to myPay “Remittance” page, select the transfer destination, beneficiary, currency, amount, purpose, etc., then enter the Transaction Password to request a transfer.

(2)Confirm the transfer details and enter the Transaction Password to transfer funds.

(3)When the transfer request is accepted, you will receive a notification of overseas money transfer acceptance via email or SMS.
Please confirm your myPay account balance and transaction history.

It generally takes two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to complete a transfer.


Remittances made with this service will arrive in the name of “Queenbee Capital Co., Ltd.” Please inform your beneficiary of this. In default setting on all remittances, the sender name and address is inputted into the message section of our transfer service.
