This notification is to inform you about using PayForex service during Golden Week Holidays.
- Remittance operation will be stopped and it will take more time than usual for the arrival of remitted funds, because banks and us are closed during Golden Week Holidays. If you are in hurry and want to make remittance, please send remittance request before April 28th (Thursday). You can request an overseas remittance through website or mobile APP during consecutive holidays, but remittance process will be only on May 2nd (Monday) and May 6th (Friday). Please be kindly aware that during that period remittance will be “in process” or “in transfer” status and arrival of funds will be significantly delayed.
- Please be aware in advance that during the consecutive holidays, the exchange rate is going to be dissociated from market.
- Deposit through bank transfer: We are planning to process deposit operations from bank accounts on May 2nd (Monday) and May 6th (Friday). Please note that usual bank transfer deposits during consecutive holidays will not be reflected in your balance.
- Direct Debit deposit, Instant Bank Transfer deposit, convenience store deposit, Pay-easy (Internet Banking) and Pay-easy (ATM) will be still available and reflected in real time, except for maintenance and system downtime.
For bank transfer withdrawal requests during consecutive holidays, arrival of fund to customer’s bank account might be scheduled from May 2nd (Monday) and May 6th (Friday).

We accept new sign-up applications during consecutive holidays, but resumption of application review process is scheduled on May 2nd (Monday) and May 6th (Friday). We are expecting a large amount of applications thus it might take time for review (on some occasion it might take 5 days).
