We would like to inform you about using PayForex service during Golden Week Holidays.
- Remittance operation will be stopped and it will take more time than usual for the arrival of remitted funds, because banks and us are closed during Golden Week Holidays. If you are in hurry and want to make remittance, please send remittance request before April 28th (Wednesday). You can request an overseas remittance by myPay during consecutive holidays, but remittance process will start only from May 6th (Thursday). Please be kindly aware that during that period every remittance will be “in process” status.
- Please be aware in advance that during the consecutive holidays, the exchange rate is going to be dissociated from market.
- Deposit through bank transfer: We are planning to process deposit operations from bank accounts from May 6th (Thursday). Please note that all deposits made through bank transfer during consecutive holidays will not be reflected in myPay balance.
- Direct Debit, Speed Deposit and convenience store deposit will be still available, except for maintenance and system’s downtime.
For bank transfer withdrawal requests during consecutive holidays, the arrival of fund to customer’s bank account might be scheduled from May 7th (Friday) or after.
